Emily graduated with a BBA in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. She began her career at JLL in the Investment Sales group, specializing in retail transactions across the Southeast. In 2018, Emily transitioned to JLL’s Development Services division, where she contributed to the capitalization, budgeting, design, and management of institutional development projects.

In 2022, Emily joined SJC Ventures as a Development Manager, overseeing all phases of development for Class A retail and mixed-use projects. In 2024, she became part of the Georgia Capital team as an Acquisitions Manager, focusing on land acquisition, underwriting, and due diligence for various projects.
